And as we were all hunkered down at home, didn’t we all make plans for when we’d get together again?  I know I did!  I don’t know how many times I put an X on my calendar on the wall, only to have to erase it and move the X to another spot.  All of the text messages and anticipation of how much fun we are going to have.  I am still making those plans and all I know is that when we do get together it is going to be so wonderful to see my old friends.

I met Fabio at one of the songwriting meetings I hosted.  He has a certain style that I thought would suit a party song.  I asked him if he would write a song with me about the party we are all going to have with our friends once we able.   I was thinking in particular of my group of friends back home and to those X’s I had to move so many times on the calendar and what a party we are going to have.  “One Big Party” celebrates the anticipation of the fun time ahead reconnecting with friends round a fire and howling at the moon!   I can’t wait to be able to come to where you live and celebrate with you!  Who are you planning to reconnect with?
